The TLC star won the hearts of the world by showcasing her incredible weight loss journey<\/a> on the American reality show<\/a> over the past few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now, she\u2019s in the headlines again after revealing the results of her jaw-dropping transformation following a skin removal<\/a> procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, what some fans won\u2019t know is that Tammy went through a devastating loss just a few years ago after her husband tragically passed away aged just 40 years old in July, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caleb Willingham reportedly died from ‘complications of super morbid obesity\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy Slaton has revealed why she will no longer be dating men (TLC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy previously shared that she had some of her late husband’s ashes made into a necklace and a ring, which makes her feel like she’s ‘still connected to him in some way’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reality TV star, 38, first met Caleb at a weight loss rehabilitation facility in Ohio back in 2022 and the couple got married in November of that year, only a month after he proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the couple reportedly being estranged at the time of Caleb\u2019s passing, Tammy told<\/a> PEOPLE at the time: “He was my best friend and I loved him dearly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fast forward to now and Tammy revealed she is dating a woman after coming out as pansexual <\/a>back in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the season seven premiere of her reality show in April 2025, Tammy let viewers know that she was dating someone new, who has now been revealed as a lady called Andrea Dalton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reality star’s estranged husband Caleb Willingham died in July 2023 at the age of 40 (Facebook\/Caleb Willingham)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The couple met on a dating<\/a> app and Andrea is Tammy\u2019s first relationship<\/a> since Caleb died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As she announced the happy news, she also shared the reason why she would never date a man again,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy said: \u201cI have been seeing someone for the past couple of months and it\u2019s going pretty well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA few years ago I came out as pansexual. But after Caleb passing I just – I don\u2019t want to be with men anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added: \u201cI think I want to approach this relationship different than I have in the past. So I haven\u2019t told my family, because my family are gonna have something to say about it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, in a later episode, where viewers got to meet Andrea for the first time, Tammy revealed their love story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tammy is now in a relationship with a woman called Andrea, who she introduced fans to on the TLC show (TLC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talking about how they met on a dating app, she said: “I had just got on there. I wasn\u2019t on there very long, and I saw her and she saw me and we just started talking. And it\u2019s been, like, every day since.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And in a confessional, Tammy beamed: \u201cAndrea\u2019s beautiful. I like everything about her. We\u2019ve been getting very close.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to<\/a> Hello Magazine, in a now-deleted TikTok <\/a>video, the reality star further elaborated on the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Answering a fan’s question, she said: “I was saying I was pansexual, but I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed. So, I\u2019m like a lesbian. I\u2019m not a hater. Love is love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
